Musical EARS® was designed as a rehabilitation resource to provide support and guidance for professionals and caregivers in musical activities and training. It lists concrete goals, ideas for musical activities, and adaptations that can be used with a group or individuals 2 to 10 years of age.

• Goals at a Glance provides a quick and easy process for
keeping track of the status and overall progress for a child or
group.
• Goals & Activities lists and describes the goals along with
multiple musical activities that go with each goal. To assist
the user in putting together a musical session, 1-Session and
3-Month Lesson Plan examples are included.
Additionally, 10 short Musical EARS® Demonstration Videos are part of the resource. They show an introduction to the specific goal and activity, demonstration of the activity, and final explanation of the main points in the video. We know that musical activities and training carry a great potential for children with CIs. Musical EARS® can guide
rehabilitationists through musical activities to add to their sessions.
