Before joining MED-EL, Melissa Harold served as an Early Intervention Specialist who focused on supporting children (and their families) navigate a hearing loss diagnosis. She continues her career in education at MED-EL, traveling around the West to support and empower individuals and their families with hearing differences throughout their journeys toward better hearing. Her focus is on educating implant candidates, recipients, and the professionals with whom they work about MED-EL’s extraordinary hearing technologies, resources, and community of passionate employees and recipients.
