The LittlEARS® Early Speech Production Questionnaire is a caregiver questionnaire that assesses age-appropriate speech development in young children from birth to 18 months of age. This resource evaluates the speech production skills of children with hearing loss wearing hearing devices and assists the professionals in monitoring progress over time up to 18 months of hearing age. The questionnaire consists of 27 yes/no questions which are based on normative data from children with typical hearing.
