Expectations Questionnaire for Adults

This questionnaire was designed for use by professionals working with adults prior to cochlear implantation. Candidates and/or families of adult candidates are encouraged to complete the questionnaire in the presence of the professional to facilitate discussion and consolidate understanding of the factors that affect a person’s outcomes following cochlear implantation.
